“Rolling In the Deep” is a massive song. Ipso facto, it should only be sung by singers with massive voices. So, pretty much Adele and Aretha Franklin, and that’s about it. Coincidentally, on her new album, Aretha Franklin Takes On the Great Diva Classics, the Queen of Soul covers “Rolling,” along with more traditional hits from the Supremes and Barbara Streisand. It’s quite good.
