Afshan Azad played Dumbledore’s Army member Padma Patil in the Harry Potter films, and that’s it for her acting career to date. Her IMDb page shows five Potter movies and one video game, which, all things considered, isn’t a bad résumé. Azad has an active Twitter account, though, which everyone apparently realized at once, considering the attention she’s received in the past week.
It began with a BuzzFeed post, as these things often do.
Azad, who’s 27 years old now, was very confused about the attention.
If she and Neville ever pose together, they might literally break Twitter.
