An ‘SNL’ Cast Member All But Confirms She’s Not On The Show Anymore

Everyone assumed that the season finale of SNL was Nasim Pedrad’s last episode on the show, considering she’s starring on Fox’s highly anticipated new sitcom Mulaney, and earlier today at the Austin Television Festival, she all but confirmed the news. While speaking on the Mulaney panel, Pedrad said, “I haven’t heard any official word so far, but…as far as I know, I’m in LA now.”

I’ll miss complaining that Pedrad’s not on SNL enough, but I’m glad she’s already found her next project, and that said next project involves John Mulaney. Related: I interview Mulaney earlier today, so be on the look out for that. We talked about “What Up with That,” obviously.
