Nope, that’s not Huggy Bear after he’s been dipped into a cauldron of melted Skittle vomit you see above — it’s a dog. Two dogs, actually. Just two normal dogs who’ve been made to look like…that…by their inhuman human owners. They were forced to wear their finest Elmo bell bottom pants made out of fur in a recent competitive dog grooming contest (never forget) in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where Best in Show is apparently an inspirational movie.
In other news, competitive dog grooming is NOPE.
