Pamela Adlon has been a part of my life for years, and I only recently realized it. Louis C.K.’s work/life partner is, of course, one of the few recurring characters on Louie, and you might also recognize Adlon as Cokey Smurf from Californication or the voice of King of the Hill‘s Bobby Hill, but she also pops up in everything from Recess and Rugrats (my childhood) to Star Trek: The Next Generation and Adventure Time (my now).
