Ellen Von Unwerth FOR PLAYBOY
Rapper Azealia Banks is on the cover of the April issue of Playboy, joining such musical luminaries as Paris Hilton and Marge Simpson. But it’s the inside that counts. In her interview with Rob Tannenbaum, Banks candidly admitted, “I hate everything about this country. Like, I hate fat white Americans. All the people who are crunched into the middle of America, the real fat and meat of America, are these racist conservative white people who live on their farms. Those little teenage girls who work at Kmart and have a racist grandma—that’s really America.”
America loves an Azalea, but isn’t ready for an Azealia, according to Banks, at least. But please prepare yourself for the single best thing about her being in Playboy.
