And that’s not a bad thing! Not when “Wave,” a cut from Beck’s upcoming album, Morning Phase, sounds like a forgotten B-side from the brilliant, softly introspective Sea Change. Or in Beck’s own words, he’s going for something inspired by “mid-Sixties Scott Walker and Love’s Forever Changes,” which, OK!
